I have a massive fish tank, with a few coldwater fish in, working filter, great quality of water, clean gravel weekly along with 20% water change.
What creatures can I add to the tank to make it look more interesting? Like, snails, crabs, plecs? Anything would be helpful!
Thanks :)

So i have a 5.5 gallon brackish (part fresh water – part salt water) Algae keeps building up and I’m tired of continually cleaning it out. So are there any brackish fish or invertebrates that can eat the algae. I don’t care about any products or sponges this is only about aquatic creatures.
Also the tank has fiddler crabs in it that are territorial.

Recently bought a fish tank for coldwater fish. set it up with filter etc and added a solution that came with the tank. I’ve had fish before and this has never happened. But for some reason, the water is cloudy. Why is this? Is it just to much oxygen in the water?
the fish aren’t even in the tank yet … they’re non-existant! so why is the water cloudy? its clean ! … ??

Hello, my fish has acaquired those nasty little anchor worms. I have removed the anchor worms with a tweezer, and am doing a 100% tank clean. I’m washing the foliage and gravel with warm water and salt, etc.
How do i clean this tank?? It’s 10 g, and i’m wondering what i should do? Salt? Vinegar? Soap and warm water?
How should i clean it to disinfect from the anchor worms and get all the algae off?
Suggestions much appreicated. Thanks so much!

more info: tank has 3 fish: 1 goldfish, 1 albino cleaner fish (I guess, its not my tank, its my girlfriends fish. anyway its got those red eyes-totally creepy) and one algae eater. ok so 2 of these went to that big fish farm in the sky. The albino is still among the living. we deduced that the water became a toxic wasteland due to
fish waste.. so is cleaning the tank once a week enough? Thanks
