I’m out of fish food and cant run out today. I need to feed him today though. Can I feed him sometime of human food?

I am going to do a fishless cycle. I tried the pure ammonia way, no dice. Now I am going to do it using fish food. I have different kinds of food. Algae wafers, tetrafin tropical flakes, tetramin tropical flakes, tetracolor tropical flakes, and Hikary first bites. Which is the best to use and how much do I use?

I have the Tetra BettaMin Tropical Medley fish food, and I usually feed him a pinch every morning, but I’m starting to feel like it’s way too much. My friend said only to feed him about three flakes…is this right? Am I overfeeding my fish?

My dog passed away this morning after suffering from stomach problems for about a week (vomitting, weakness, loss of appetite, etc.). i added a pinch of fish food at like 1 pm and tested the ammonia with my kit at 4:30 pm and so far its green meaning 0 ammonia….Did i test it too early or does the food turn into ammonia rather quick? I also added stress zyme last night so maybe thats a reason as to why it reads 0? Thoughts? When can i add fish? I’m doing a fishless cycle btw.
